Leasing domains is becoming more popular as it enables businesses to access premium domains at a low monthly fee - which can be expensed.

The leasee has complete protection under the lease terms due to having sole control over lease termination. FlexiHost Limited (the lessor) is not able to terminate the lease at any time in future unless in the case of non-payment. The Leasee can also buy out the domain at a pre-determined price at any year in the future.
