Understanding our terms and conditions is key to a good customer experience and we've laid out the general terms here for all clients or prospective clients to browse. If you have any questions at all regarding any of our legal agreements please contact us.


Trademark & Copyright Violations
If you feel one of our clients is infringing on a trademark or copyright we ask that you e-mail abuse@flexihost.co.nz. We will investigate any infringement issues promptly.

Network Abuse Complaints (Spam, Phishing, Hacking, etc.)
While we take every reasonable measure available to stop abuse of any kind on our servers issues do arise from time to time. In the case where a server in our network is suspect of abuse of any kind please contact our abuse department using the following e-mail address: abuse@flexihost.co.nz. We will answer abuse requests promptly.

Payment Terms & Conditions
All services are pre-paid either Monthly, 3 Monthly, 6 Monthly or Annualy, this is up to you to choose the best option that suits your own requirements.

Credit card payments are not automated, they are processed through an external company called PayMex NZ, who manage our payment gateway.

When you get an invoice in your email, you need to log in to your customer account on FlexiHost and pay the invoice through there if credit card is your preferred payment method.

A lot of people prefer bank transfer or setting up an Automatic Payment to pay monthly for their web hosting accounts. This saves having to log in to pay via credit card.

If we have an extended period of downtime, we do offer credits on your account, but only if your account is in good standing and there are no outstanding invoices available.
